2H18 marks the 10th consecutive North America-based TBR study in which Lenovo outperformed Dell EMC and HPE in overall x86-based server customer satisfaction, and earned the highest scores in TBR’s Sales Satisfaction Index and Services Satisfaction Index. Lenovo holds the #1 position in customer satisfaction in 18 out of 22 attributes in North America that range from performance to customer support. Some of the support criteria surveyed included Phone Support Availability, Phone Support Technical Expertise, On-site Response Time, On-site Technical Expertise, Online Technical Support, and more.
